Why I Love My Job:
I love to inspire women to make their wellbeing a priority and teach them how to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Fortunately, I’ve found a career that offers me the privilege of doing that every single day. I believe that energy is the resource that makes life easeful and full of possibilities. I also believe that health is a lifelong journey and that you can love your healthy lifestyle. I’m here to help make healthy new habits feel fun!

The Art of Living:
Outside of my work, I can be found enjoying a cup of strong coffee, reading, walking with my son Theo, practicing yoga, and in my kitchen testing out new recipes (mostly Paleo and gluten-free). All in all, I strive to find balance and lead my life in a way that reflects the healthy living principles that I promote in my work.

Registered Holistic Nutritionist

My Mission:
To help women increase their energy, manage their weight and regain vitality and strength through a gentle and balanced approach to nutrition and lifestyle.

My Areas of Interest:
• Weight loss/management
• Blood sugar balancing
• Rebuilding a healthy relationship with food

My Credentials:
Following my passion and long-standing interest in nutrition and wellness, I pursued my training as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N) and graduated with Honors from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition(CSNN). My education included courses in holistic nutrition and sciences as well as practical and clinical hours of training. I am a member in good standing of the CSNN Alumni Association and also hold a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Carleton University.

Why I Love My Job:
I love to empower women by giving them the tools they need to succeed in their health journey, find ease and balance with food and with life in general. To see them achieve their wellness goals is a constant source of inspiration and motivation. I consider myself fortunate to have found a career that is in alignment with my personal values, dreams and goals: to be able to guide others in living a lifestyle I strongly believe in, and can sustain myself.

The Art of Living:
Balance is extremely important to me. I’m so passionate about my work that I find myself talking and learning about nutrition and wellness all the time! But I do make sure to “switch off the nutritionist” every once in a while, and make time for the things I enjoy, such as: spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying healthy delicious food and discovering new flavors, taking long walks, practicing yoga, dancing and planning my next travel adventure.
