I also believe that health is a lifelong journey and that you can love your healthy lifestyle. I’m here to help make healthy new habits feel fun!

The Art of Living:
Outside of my work, I can be found enjoying a cup of strong coffee, reading, walking with my son Theo, practicing yoga, and in my kitchen testing out new recipes (mostly Paleo and gluten-free). All in all, I strive to find balance and lead my life in a way that reflects the healthy living principles that I promote in my work.
