To support women on their journey to optimal health so they can live a fulfilled, feel-good life.
I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies at the University of Waterloo prior to completing the 4-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine diploma program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. My naturopathic training includes 1,200 hours of clinical experience and more than 3,000 hours of classroom training in three major areas of study: biomedical sciences, clinical sciences and naturopathic therapies.
Why I Love My Job:
I love to inspire women to make their wellbeing a priority and teach them how to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Fortunately, I’ve found a career that offers me the privilege of doing that every single day. I believe that energy is the resource that makes life easeful and full of possibilities. I also believe that health is a lifelong journey and that you can love your healthy lifestyle. I’m here to help make healthy new habits feel fun!
The Art of Living:
Outside of my work, I can be found enjoying a cup of strong coffee, reading, walking with my son Theo, practicing yoga, and in my kitchen testing out new recipes (mostly Paleo and gluten-free). All in all, I strive to find balance and lead my life in a way that reflects the healthy living principles that I promote in my work.
